La Clef Champs-Elysees Paris By The Crest Collection Hotel

The exclusive amenities of this hotel fulfilled all my luxurious needs. the room advantages were exceptional with private facilities and an in-room breakfast available. the restaurant and bar/lounge area had great service, with friendly staff and top-quality food and drinks.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the reception work. On arrival, there wasn't anyone to meet me at the doors, and I had to figure out on my own how to enter the venue.

Perfect location, impeccable service, luxurious breakfast, modern and elegant decor, efficient room cleaning staff.

The property is fairly clean, has very good staff and location. Extremely comfy beds and central heating, multi-channel TV and a mini bar fridge.

The hotel staff were amazing, very friendly and supportive. They even provided a free room upgrade. The interior design of the hotel is astonishing, with a modern and glamorous lobby. The executive suite we stayed in was beautifully designed, spacious, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk from the Champs Elysées boulevard and close to shops like Louis Vuitton. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room had blackout blinds for a good night's sleep. The air-conditioning was efficient and the bathroom facilities were lovely.

Stayed in big a double room with comfortable bed as well as luxury bathroom. Everything seemed perfect, fairly clean. The hotel was located just next door to the Champs Elysées boulevard and the metro stop and Louis Vuitton.

Absolutely stunning building, perfect central location within walking distance for everything - beautiful surroundings. the staff were very friendly and supportive all the time. I received a special welcoming massage and they provided me with a free room upgrade.

The beds were very uncomfortable and not stable. the safe in the room didn't work.

We loved the hotel's location near Arc de Triomphe and its proximity to the metro stop George V. It made it easy for us to explore this city and visit all the tourist spots on Line 1. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a traditional Parisian feel. The hotel facilities were amazing, and we especially enjoyed the small backyard garden. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable and the staff were friendly and professional.

Our stay was in an impressive building in a very posh neighborhood near main attractions like Arc de Triomphe. The hotel was new, so everything was spotless, including the spacious room and modern bathroom. The staff was quite helpful for the most part, and the breakfast was decent.

The restaurant recommendations by the hotel reception could use some improvement.
